Explosion 50/50 (Pound/Dance Fitness) Pound is a full body cardio jam session, combing light resistance with constant stimulated drumming. This class fuses cardio, Pilates, strength movements, Plyometrics, and Isometric poses!! The upper body motion using our weighted exercise drumsticks (Ripsticks ), you’ll be pounding off the pounds as the songs drum by.

Dance Fitness incorporates some or many forms of dance. It’s a full body aerobics workout, divided into different music tracks that provide peaks of intensity.  You will dance your way into fitness.

Zumba Basic


Zumba Basic® Fitness is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning. Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best.

Tabata is high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, with different type of exercises that lasts for four minutes. We perform this exercises for eight cycles.
