Zumba Basic® Fitness is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning. Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best.

TABATA

 

Tabata is high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, with different type of exercises that lasts for four minutes. We perform this exercises for eight cycles.

STRONG BY ZUMBA

 

Strong by Zumba incorporates the proven, high intensity interval training method known as HIIT...except with a twist High Intensity Tempo Training (HITT). Tempo driven, the strength of the beat will challenge your muscles and cardio system to find power, strength, speed, stamina and mobility.
